Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

What if my glass or product arrives broken?
While we pack our products securely, accidents can happen during transit. Send us a photo of the broken item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery at support@drinc.com, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Care & Product Specifications
Are DRINC travel mugs dishwasher safe?
To preserve the vacuum seal and any natural wood or matte finishes, we recommend hand washing your travel mugs with mild soap and warm water.

Will the coasters protect my wooden surfaces from water rings?
Yes. Our coasters are specifically engineered with absorbent, non-slip materials to trap condensation and prevent liquid from touching or staining mahogany, oak, or glass surfaces.
 
Are the glasses suitable for both hot and cold liquids?
Our double-walled and weighted glassware is designed primarily for cold and room-temperature beverages. Extreme temperature shocks (e.g., pouring boiling liquid into a cold glass) should be avoided to prevent cracking.
