We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Barware, Glassware & Mugs: We take great care to represent our products accurately through descriptions and photos. However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen displays and natural material variances (such as wood accents or handmade glass).
Usage & Care: All product care guidelines (e.g., hand-wash only for thermal mugs or wooden accents) provided on product pages or packaging must be followed. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper cleaning, extreme temp shocks, or misuse.

All payments must be settled at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment methods.
An order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for reasons including stock limitations or payment authorization issues.

Shipping estimates and delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside of our direct control.
Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged in Transit: Glassware and ceramics are fragile. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement or store credit.
Standard Returns: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

DRINC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products
